Policies & Payments

Rental & Service Policy

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your event date
  • Deposit must be paid prior to rental item pickup or delivery
  • Rental items will not be released until balance is paid in full
  • Clients are financially responsible for broken, damaged, lost, or stolen items
  • Additional fees will be charged at replacement cost for damages
  • Delivery & pickup starts at $50 — depends on distance

Service Contracts

All bookings require a signed service agreement. Review key terms below before submitting your inquiry.

Deposit & Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking to hold your event date. Remaining balance must be paid in full before services or rental items are delivered or released.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.

Damage & Liability

The client assumes full financial responsibility for rental items that are broken, damaged, lost, or stolen. Charges assessed at replacement cost.

04

Service Agreement

Upon booking, clients receive a formal service agreement outlining all terms, package details, event specifics, and payment schedules. All parties must sign before services commence.

05

Guest Count & Changes

Package pricing based on a maximum of 25 guests. Changes must be communicated no later than 7 days before the event. Additional charges may apply.
