All bookings require a signed service agreement. Review key terms below before submitting your inquiry.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking to hold your event date. Remaining balance must be paid in full before services or rental items are delivered or released.
Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.
The client assumes full financial responsibility for rental items that are broken, damaged, lost, or stolen. Charges assessed at replacement cost.
Upon booking, clients receive a formal service agreement outlining all terms, package details, event specifics, and payment schedules. All parties must sign before services commence.
Package pricing based on a maximum of 25 guests. Changes must be communicated no later than 7 days before the event. Additional charges may apply.
